Returns policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from Media Strom’s online store in Greece online at www.mediastrom.com.

Order cancellation

When you place your order through the online store www.mediastrom.com, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed your order.

Withdrawal and return of products due to change of opinion

You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is taken by you.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods manufactured to the specifications of the consumer or clearly individualized for the specific consumer. The return of the returned products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing. If you cannot return the products you have purchased yourself from Media Strom’s online store (www.mediastrom.com), your partner shipping company can return them to you at an additional cost.

The charge for transporting your products depends on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods. Whichever way you choose for the return request of the products, the return request takes effect from the date you inform us of the return request. Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods from Media Strom, and provided that they have not been damaged or damaged and all the conditions for their return are met, Media Strom will refund the value of the returned products to the customer using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction (eg credit card, bank deposit, PayPal), unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In addition, we will refund the amount you may have spent on freight rates, purchased through the online store www.mediastrom.com, at your place (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a mode of transport other than cheapest standard way we offer). In any case, the return of the returned products will be made after you inform us in writing about the return request of the products and we accept their return provided that the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport company. If the returned product has been damaged or damaged by the customer’s fault or its value has been reduced by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, Media Strom will assess the value of the damage and the the amount of the reduction of their value and in case Media Strom is obliged to make a refund to the customer, the corresponding amount of the loss will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

11.4. Except for the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the applicable provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.
